It will take pragmatic acceptance of new paradigms that will support the natural evolution of new mental health care solutions for combat related psychological trauma and reintegration efforts. Some of these new ideas include processes that more clearly adopt the indispensable notion of, "If for us then by us". The most relevant navigators for any successful VA process have worn the uniform before and therefore intrinsically understand mental health delivery effectivenes and difficulties within the VA bureaucracy which cloud its immediacy and urgency. This focused notion demands manifestation.
